Complete the following form to reserve The Plaza for an event. Please scroll to the bottom of the form and click the “Submit” button. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmation is sent to your organization. Requests should be submitted no less than two weeks prior to your event.
Please note: The Plaza provides the space only. If your event requires equipment such as tables, chairs, or tents, you must coordinate directly with Event Services to arrange rentals. It is also your responsibility to ensure that all relevant university departments are informed and that any necessary approvals are secured through Event Services.
